Over the past 18 months Circle Ten Council has been promoting the conversion of Unit Advancement activities from a paper based process to an Internet Advancement process. This conversion has direct benefits to Scouters at the Unit, Council and National level. To incent council wide adoption, please note the following policy change:
Effective April 30, 2009, Circle 10 Council will no longer be supporting free rank advancement badges unless the advancement report is submitted through the internet advancement process. To access the internet advancement, simply go to the Circle Ten Council website, at www.circle10.org and go to the resources page. (here is the link)
To access the site, the unit id# for "Unit_Type" "Unit_No" is "IA_Code". If you do not have internet access available to you, we will also be providing an access point at the Circle 10 Council office at 8605 Harry Hines Blvd; Dallas TX, for this purpose.
