Aggie Eagle Program The Traditional Fall Aggie Eagle Program (AEP) is fast approaching. It is an official campus visit and, thus, an excused absence for attending scouts. This year, high school juniors and seniors may attend. They must be Eagle Scouts or still actively involved in scouting. Therefore Life, Sea and Venture scouts are eligible.
