I'm in a Cub Scout unit, but want to take a Boy Scout course? To make the list of courses less daunting, only the courses associated the programs which are checked appear. If you are a registered cub leader and want to take Boy Scout Leader Specific training, check both the Boy Scout courses box and the Cub Scout courses box. In the Unit information field for Boy Scout troop enter a "0" for the unit number and "other" for your position. Enter your Cub Scout scout unit number and position. Select the Boy Scout Course and click "submit." If you have questions, please send me an email. In what order should the courses be taken?Normally you should take "New Leader Essentials" before any of the other courses. Even if you've taken it in the past, if it has been a few years you should take it again. The Boy Scout Outdoor Leader Skills course should be taken immediately following the Boy Scout Leader Specific course. If you want to take Outdoor Leader Skills without taking the companion course offered a few weeks earlier you must contact the course director for specific instructions. I have questions about the course, who do I contact? The contact person for each course is listed on the course descriptions found under the training button on the main website. I am having trouble with the registration process who do I contact?Contact the webmaster at webmaster@northtrail-data.org.
