Before you start the registraton process, be sure you have the needed information.
Walking den leaders must have a valid youth protection card within two years of the event. Leaders can get a card by
taking online training offered by BSA national. http://www.olc.scouting.org/
Required Steps:
Register scouts and adults
Print the summary page.
Print and complete medical forms for each participant, scout and adult.
Print applications for each participant scout and adult.
There is a button next to each name in the summary in the "App Form" column.
Print and complete volunteer information sheet for each adult. Again there is a
print button in the column labeled "Vol Info Sheet" which will display a PDF file of the form.
Make copy of youth protection cards for each adult.
Make check payable to Circle 10 or pay online.
When paying online note the following:
Credit cards payments are done on the councils system and the information does not flow to their form.
Make a note of the registration group number at the top of the summary page and the total cost.
A $2 Processing fee added for online credit card transactions.
Enter the Registration Group Number field.
Enter the total cost in the Quantity field.
Even if you pay online, you must turn your paperwork in ahead of camp.
Please submit all fees and paperwork to the registrar
or camp director at the Feb, March, April, or May Roundtables.
