Unit Activity Award Application

Our Unit is registered in the NORTH TRAIL DISTRICT and has qualified for the District Unit Activity Award based upon our participation in District and Council activities between January and December. The points earned are listed below.

Gold Award 2000 or higher
Silver Award 1500 to 1999
Bronze Award 500 to 1499

1. Completed form MUST be turned in by December 15.
2. Troop may qualify for Cub Events ONLY if they staffed.
3. Categories determined by District Awards Committee
